How It Works

The Invoicing Workflow

Confirm a reservation → open the invoice panel → click Generate. Bookrenia pulls in the customer name, reservation dates, base rate, add-ons, one-way charge, discount, and VAT automatically. Review, adjust if needed, and the invoice is ready to send or download in under 30 seconds.

Each invoice has its own payment log. Record a payment — choose the method (cash, card, bank transfer), enter the amount, and save. The outstanding balance updates instantly. If the customer pays in instalments, each payment is logged separately with its date and method. At month-end, filter by "unpaid" to see exactly what's owed.

Before the booking is confirmed, create a Quote. Add the vehicle, dates, pricing, extras, and any custom notes. Set a validity date. Send the branded PDF to the client by email. When they say yes, click Convert to Reservation — the system creates the booking with all the details already filled in.
