Yes. Bookrenia is built for multi-location operations. You can set up unlimited cities, assign vehicles to one or more locations, and configure one-way drop-off charges between them. Every report, calendar, and booking list can be filtered by location, so managers see only what's relevant to their branch while admins have a full cross-location view.
As a Super Admin you can create fully isolated organizations under one installation. Each organization gets its own branded booking website, separate fleet, independent pricing, and a dedicated team of users — none of their data is visible to other tenants. You control the subscription plans, feature access, and trial periods from the central Super Admin panel without touching each tenant's day-to-day operations.
No hard limits are enforced by the software. Bookrenia is designed to scale — whether you run 5 cars or 500, the fleet management, calendar, and reporting modules handle it without any additional configuration. Practical limits depend only on your hosting plan, not on the application itself.
When you schedule a maintenance job, Bookrenia automatically blocks that vehicle's availability for the specified dates so no new reservations can overlap with the service window. Any existing confirmed bookings that fall within the maintenance period are flagged for your review — the system surfaces the conflict and lets you decide whether to swap the vehicle, postpone maintenance, or contact the customer. Nothing is cancelled silently.
