Day view shows all vehicles for a single day — ideal for managing today's pickups and drop-offs. Week view gives a 7-day overview. Month view shows the big picture for planning.

Add a block on any vehicle for any date range with a reason (maintenance, cleaning, repair, reserved for VIP). The block appears on the calendar and prevents customer bookings.

When an agent or customer selects a vehicle and dates, the system instantly checks for overlapping reservations, maintenance blocks, and manual blocks. Conflicts are rejected before submission.

On busy days with 50+ vehicles, filter the calendar down to just the cars in one class, one city, or assigned to one driver. Keeps the view manageable for large fleets.

Open the vehicle's calendar and select the date range you want to block. Enter a reason (Maintenance, Cleaning, VIP Hold, etc.) and save. The block appears on the calendar immediately and prevents any booking — by agents or customers — during that period.

Every booking attempt — from an agent in the admin panel or a customer on the booking portal — triggers a real-time availability check against the database. If any overlap exists with a confirmed reservation, maintenance block, or manual block, the booking is rejected before it saves. This runs server-side, not just in the browser.
