Daily rate × number of days + optional items + one-way charge + tax. Weekly and monthly discount tiers applied automatically when the rental duration qualifies.

Hourly rate × hours + free KM allowance + extra KM charge + late night surcharge. All configurable per vehicle.

Base rate + (distance in KM × per-KM rate) + waiting time charges. Distance auto-calculated from route planning.

Dynamic Pricing — Common Questions

Yes. Pricing in Bookrenia is per-vehicle, not per class. Each vehicle has its own price list for each service type. This means your luxury SUV can have completely different daily, weekly, and monthly rates than your economy hatchback.
You define season date ranges (e.g., June–August as peak) and the price multiplier or fixed rate for that period. When a reservation falls within a season, the rate is applied automatically. No manual price changes needed during peak periods.
Base rate × duration → plus optional items (GPS, baby seat, etc.) → plus one-way charge if applicable → minus coupon discount → equals net amount. VAT percentage is then applied on top. The full breakdown is shown line-by-line on every invoice and agreement.
Yes. Coupon codes can be set with a fixed amount or percentage discount, a validity start and end date, and a maximum usage count. Once the usage limit is hit or the expiry date passes, the code stops working automatically.
You control this per-vehicle. You can configure each vehicle's pricing as tax-inclusive (VAT already in the rate) or tax-exclusive (VAT added on top at checkout). The invoice always shows the tax amount as a separate line item for clarity.
