Custom Roles

Create your own role combinations. Give the receptionist booking access without financial visibility.

Per-User Overrides

Grant or revoke specific permissions for individual users, overriding their role defaults.

Permission Groups

Permissions organized by module: Reservations, Fleet, Financial, People, Settings. Easy to manage.

Activity Audit Trail

Every user action is logged. See who changed what and when — full accountability.

Shift Management

Assign staff to shifts. Track who is on duty and when.

Step Inside Access Control

Super Admin manages all organizations. Admin runs their organization. Agent creates bookings and manages their customers. Driver accesses agreements and inspections. Customer manages their own bookings.

Build any role from scratch. Select exactly which of the 50+ permissions to include. Name it "Receptionist", "Accountant", "Fleet Manager" — whatever fits your operation.

Reservation changes, invoice edits, vehicle swaps — all logged with user identity, timestamp, old value, and new value. Full audit trail for compliance and accountability.

Organize staff into departments. Assign department heads and filter reports and access by department.

Access Control — Common Questions

Super Admin manages all organizations on the platform. Admin runs their own organization with full access. Agent creates and manages bookings for their customers. Driver accesses agreements, inspections, and their assigned reservations. Customer manages their own bookings and documents through the portal.
Yes. You can create any custom role by selecting exactly which of the 50+ permissions to include. Name it whatever fits your organization — "Receptionist" with booking creation but no financial access, "Accountant" with invoice read-only but no reservation management, etc.
Yes. Per-user permission overrides let you grant or revoke individual permissions for any user without changing their role. Useful for temporary access elevation (e.g., a senior agent covering for a manager) or restricting a specific user below their role's default access.
Every significant action is logged: reservation creates, edits, status changes, and vehicle swaps; invoice creation and payment recording; vehicle blocking and unblocking; user creation and permission changes. Each log entry captures the user, timestamp, and what changed — old value vs new value.
Permissions are grouped by module: Reservations, Fleet Management, Financial, People (customers, drivers, agents), and Settings. Within each group, permissions are labeled clearly — "View Invoices," "Create Reservations," "Delete Vehicles." You can toggle a whole module or individual permissions per role.
