There is no limit. Bookrenia supports unlimited vehicles per organization. Each vehicle gets its own profile complete with photos, specifications, pricing, and a full history timeline — no matter how large your fleet grows.

Yes. Every reservation, maintenance event, damage report, inspection result, and plate change is automatically logged in the vehicle's history. You can scroll through the full timeline at any point — perfect for resale documentation or insurance claims.

You assign each vehicle to one or more cities. When a customer or agent searches in a specific city, only vehicles available in that city are shown. One-way drop-off charges between cities are calculated and added automatically.

Blocking a vehicle prevents new bookings only. Existing confirmed reservations are not cancelled automatically — the system flags the conflict so you can handle it manually and stay in full control of customer commitments.

Yes. The vehicle clone feature copies all settings from an existing vehicle — specs, photos, pricing, and city availability — to a new record. You only update the plate number and any details that differ for the new car. Saves significant setup time for large fleets.
