Welcome to Bookrenia. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or using any part of the Bookrenia platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

Bookrenia provides a cloud-based car rental ERP management platform that includes fleet management, reservations, invoicing, customer management, and reporting tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
One organization per registration; multiple users may be added under one organization.

4. Free Trial

New organizations receive a 1-month free trial with full platform access. No credit card is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software.
Resell or sublicense access to the platform without written consent.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of Bookrenia is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. You retain ownership of the data you input into the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, design, trademarks, and content on the Bookrenia platform are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bookrenia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your organization settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
