The agreement workflow in 4 steps

    Send the agreement

    From any confirmed reservation, open the Agreements panel and click Generate. Bookrenia fills in the customer, vehicle, dates, terms and pricing. Copy the link or send it by email — no login is needed to sign.

    The customer signs on any device

    The customer opens the link on a phone, tablet or computer, reads the terms, checks the vehicle and price, and signs with a finger or mouse. They get a copy by email, and you are told at once.

    Inspect the car at pickup

    Before handing over the keys, the driver taps through the checklist — front, rear, left, right, interior and roof. They photograph any damage, record fuel and odometer, and the customer signs off. Everything is saved on the agreement.

    Compare at drop-off

    At return the same inspection runs again. Bookrenia shows pickup and drop-off side by side — photos, fuel and mileage — so new damage is easy to see. If a charge applies, add it to the invoice from the same screen.

No. The customer receives a unique link by email or SMS. They click the link, open it in any browser on any device, read the agreement, and sign. No app installation, no account creation, no password. The process is intentionally frictionless so customers complete it quickly.
The driver opens the agreement link on their smartphone before handing over the keys. They go through the inspection checklist panel by panel — front, rear, sides, interior, roof. For any existing damage, they tap to note it and photograph it with the phone camera. The images are stored against the agreement instantly, and the customer reviews and signs off on the inspection.
Yes. After the drop-off inspection, Bookrenia shows both inspection records — pickup and return — next to each other: fuel level, odometer reading and photos. Any new damage is immediately visible, and if a charge applies you can add it to the invoice from the same screen.
Signed agreements are saved as PDFs and linked to the reservation. Open any reservation, go to the Agreements tab, and you will see every agreement with its status (pending, signed, inspected) and a download button for each signed PDF. Nothing to file manually.
Electronic signatures are recognised in most jurisdictions under electronic signature laws such as eIDAS in the EU and ESIGN in the US.
